Is this only for youth pastors?

Not at all. The Learning Lab is designed for anyone who invests in the spiritual lives of young people, including volunteers, campus ministry leaders, Christian school staff, camp leaders, family ministry leaders, pastors, mentors, and nonprofit ministry leaders.

Is this a conference?

No. The Discipleship Learning Lab is intentionally designed as an interactive learning experience. You'll engage with fellow leaders, discuss real ministry challenges, and develop practical next steps for your unique context.

Will I receive resources?

Yes. Participants will receive practical ministry tools, implementation resources, and access to additional materials that support continued learning beyond the event.

Can our ministry team attend together?

Absolutely. We encourage churches and ministry organizations to bring multiple leaders. The Faith Formation Framework is most effective when leadership teams learn together and develop a shared vision for implementation.
