The Learning Lab curriculum was developed by veteran youth ministry practitioners from across the country, bringing together decades of experience serving and discipling young people.
Drawing on research and proven ministry practices, the curriculum introduces a practical framework for understanding the experiences and relationships that contribute to lasting faith.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all program, the Learning Lab gives leaders a shared framework, practical strategies, and tools they can adapt to their own ministry context.
Designed for everyone investing in young people, the Learning Lab welcomes senior and youth pastors, church staff and volunteers, campus ministry leaders, educators, juvenile justice practitioners, mentors, and other faith leaders committed to helping the next generation follow Jesus.
The goal isn’t just to learn something new. It’s to figure out what you can do next.
The Discipleship Learning Lab is a collaborative effort of National Network of Youth Ministries, powered by TENx10, with participation from Dare 2 Share, local ministry leaders, and ministry practitioners who share a common conviction:
Helping young people build a faith that lasts is something we do better together.
National Network of Youth Ministries (NNYM) exists to help youth workers and youth-serving leaders thrive through connection, encouragement, equipping, and collaboration.
Through a growing network of local youth ministry networks, NNYM brings leaders together across denominational and organizational lines so they can work together for the sake of young people and their communities.
The Discipleship Learning Lab reflects NNYM’s belief that we are better together. When leaders learn, encourage, and collaborate with one another, we can create greater opportunities for young people to encounter Jesus and grow in lifelong faith.

TENx10 is a collaborative movement focused on helping young people develop a resilient, lifelong faith.
TENx10 brings together ministry organizations, churches, researchers, and leaders around a shared commitment to understanding what helps young people thrive in their faith and putting that research into practice.
The Discipleship Learning Lab draws from the Faith Formation Framework developed through the TENx10 initiative, helping ministry leaders translate research into practical approaches they can use with young people.
Dare 2 Share exists to mobilize teenagers and equip youth leaders to live and share the gospel.
With a long history of serving youth leaders and churches, Dare 2 Share brings a deep commitment to equipping youth leaders to disciple the next generation as gospel-advancing followers of Jesus.
